Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Have purchased some gold and silver and I'm satisfied. Should have an incentive whereas if you purchase a certain amount of precious metals you can earn free silver eagles etc. I recently started getting into coin collecting and I went the last couple of days. I spoke to Rick and Joe and they were incredibly friendly and helpful explaining some of the basics to this newbie. I traveled past their store so many times over the years and I'm excited to keep collecting. It's a wonderful store and I'm excited that I went in.
